• Location data (GPS) when you grant permission
• Interaction logs generated inside the app

• Locate the nearest branch when you create an order
• Improve service quality and prevent fraud

4. User Rights & Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful information during registration and order creation
• Do not falsify parcel weight, address, or declared value
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. System Rights & Responsibilities

The system may:

• Suspend or refuse service if fraudulent behavior is detected
• Send SMS or in-app notices related to orders or account security

The system is responsible for protecting your personal data and will not share it with third parties except when required by law or competent authorities.

6. Location (GPS) Terms

GPS access is used only to suggest the nearest branch while you create an order and for no other purpose.

7. Payment Terms

The app supports COD and bank-transfer payments (if provided) and does not store your bank account credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by:

• Incorrect or misleading information supplied by users
• Network, device, or system failures beyond our control

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement when necessary and will notify you in the app before changes take effect.
